Cookies Boat
Shortbread biscuits with chocolate cream. Tender and very satisfying. For the competition "Silver Line to the delight of the children."

Ingredients

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Sugar

    350 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

    250 g

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla

    1 piece

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Walnuts

    20 piece

RUB the eggs with 100g sugar and 150g. butter. Add soda, quenched with vinegar, vanilla and flour. Start kneading the dough.

Roll the dough out to a thickness of 1 - 1.5 cm Slice it into small rectangles.

From rectangles to form with your hands small "boat".

Lay on a baking sheet, greased with vegetable oil and sprinkled with breadcrumbs. Bake at 210-220 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Cool.

[b]to Prepare the cream.[/b] Finely chopped 100 g of butter. Add 1 tbsp. of sugar, 2 tablespoons (from top) flour 2 tbsp (without top) cocoa, 0,5 glass of milk. Stir well. Cook over low heat stirring constantly until thick (7-10 minutes). Cool.

Refrigerated biscuits filled with a cream. In the middle of each cookie edge to insert a half walnut. The biscuits are ready. [color=red]Bon appetit![/color] [b]PS[/b] Even a small boat can be put in swimming, for example, cherry jam, as shown in this photo.
