Cooking
Divide in half all the products (except chocolate, cocoa, vanilla and zest). Beat egg with sugar/icing sugar and is also divided into 2 halves. Add to the oil. For the chocolate I took half of the peanut butter, just have it in my fridge it was, but it can be a simple cream.
Add the orange zest and vanilla in one piece.
Cocoa and chocolate bits (without chocolate) in the chocolate part.
Add the flour and knead the dough. (The original recipe said to put the flour in a pile on the table and into the recess to enter all products). Here it is, that single moment of help from Danko!!!
It turns out that the dough. Hands on stick, because soft enough. To put it in the fridge for 20-30 minutes.
Remove from refrigerator and roll out two layers of the same shape and size. I did it on parchment paper and rolled through the film, otherwise it stuck to the rolling pin. Again put in the cold for 10 minutes.
Put one layer on another and then turned the loaf. Again, put in the fridge (for faster cooling, put in the freezer)
Roll, remove from refrigerator
Cut into circles 0.5 cm and bake like regular cookies. It took me about 10 minutes, not more, maybe a little less. Here are the orange-chocolate cookies!
