Shortbread cookies with walnut-raisin stuffing
Very delicate crumbly biscuits "Silver line to the delight of the children."

Ingredients

  • Butter

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Walnuts

  • Raisins

  • Sugar

soak raisins in water for 2 hours.

For this test you need only the yolks.So: separate the Yolks from the whites, add the softened butter,cream, soda(to extinguish lemon juice),Gradually adding the flour make a dough.Prepare the dough WITHOUT sugar.Put into the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
