Potato gratin
Now at heart I carry the baby. :) This gets my brain in different improvisations in the kitchen. I might not discover America, but this dish is very much my family. Cooking is very simple.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Paprika sweet

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Sour cream

    150 g

  • Mayonnaise

    50 g

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    8 piece

First prepare the stuffing. I was shopping, so I did not have with him a long time to Tinker: salt, pepper and gave a little infusions.

Well my potatoes and cut lengthways. Take a baking pan. Grease it with butter and spread first with a layer of salted potatoes.

Next, spread the chopped tomatoes, a few having salted them.

And all this is abundantly lubricates our sauce and put into the oven for 40 minutes. When the dish is ready, sprinkle with fresh herbs. Since I didn't have it, I have used dry parsley. The taste from this not become worse. Give some time to infuse the dish. And enjoy a juicy potato with mushroom flavor.
