Salmon, baked with vegetables
There are many different ways of cooking this dish. I suggest to try one of them. It turns out very tender, juicy and healthy dish.

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    2 kg

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Soy sauce

  • Sauce

  • Spices

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

Fillet of salmon cut into pieces.

That's what we will need in the future.

Put the fish pieces in a container, pour sauces (you can take'll have a teriyaki sauce, but the taste will be different), sprinkle with spices. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon and pour it over the fish. Then put in the fridge for about an hour, the fish has to be soaked.

Cut into half rings onions, grate the carrots and chop the celery.

In the baking pan put the pieces of fish, put the onion, carrot and celery. Pour sauce under the fish.

Cover with foil and place in oven. After 10 minutes remove the foil and leave for another 10 minutes in the oven.

Here, our fish is ready. Can be served with any side dish, or as a separate dish.
