Crackers with liver pate
Very tasty snack, reviewed all the recipes - pate a lot, but did not find, if any, then immediately removed.

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    400 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Mayonnaise

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

    0.333 tsp

  • Cracker

Onion, carrot cut in half lengthways; the liver cut with layers about 1 cm thick, fry everything together in a pan (with butter) until Golden brown. The main thing is not to overcook the liver or it will be hard.

All grind in small grinder and add mayonnaise(about 3-4 tbsp).

Season with salt and divide into two parts, one part add the grated egg, if there is not enough mayonnaise, then add more.

Spread on crackers about a teaspoon and serve. If you put 30 minutes in the fridge, the crackers will be crisp, and saturated with mayonnaise from pate and will be even better!
