Ingredients

  • Coffee natural

    1 tsp

  • Walnuts

    100 g

  • Orange zest

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

    100 g

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    11 piece

  • Instant coffee

    150 ml

  • Gelatin

    1 pack

  • Cheese curd

    200 g

  • Vanilla

    2 pack

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

Knead the dough for sponge cake: separate the yolks from the whites, beat the yolks with sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nuts

Whip whites with powdered sugar

Mix both masses, add zest, flour

Put the dough in a greased form and bake for 40 mins at 180 degrees

Beat 5 egg yolks, cottage cheese, sugar, coffee, vanilla

Pour the coffee with dissolved gelatin, beat egg whites separately with a pinch of salt, mix everything, place in refrigerator, allow to thicken.
