Cooking
Knead the dough for sponge cake: separate the yolks from the whites, beat the yolks with sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nuts
Whip whites with powdered sugar
Mix both masses, add zest, flour
Put the dough in a greased form and bake for 40 mins at 180 degrees
Beat 5 egg yolks, cottage cheese, sugar, coffee, vanilla
Pour the coffee with dissolved gelatin, beat egg whites separately with a pinch of salt, mix everything, place in refrigerator, allow to thicken.
Cakes cut along one of the bottom slice and spread the cream
Spread the filling on the bottom cake, to thicken
To decorate, remove the side
