Cake Yuzhanka
Wanted to bake a slightly different cake :) but the course changed all that :) but I do not regret it :) it was very tasty!!!

Ingredients

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Cream cheese

    400 g

  • Gelatin

    20 g

  • Jam

    0.5 cup

  • Almonds

    120 g

  • Dark chocolate

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Candied

    120 g

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

beat egg whites with cinnamon and sugar

add the flour and baking powder=DOUGH preheat the oven at 180 gr.

in a separate bowl add the candied fruit(a little to leave for decoration)+1 chocolate bar grated on a coarse grater+cocoa mix

gelatin to dissolve the dough pour to the candied fruits and mix well

pour the batter into the form and bake 50-60 minutes at 180 gr. willingness to check coli

ready cake cut into two cake and allow to cool, prepare the cream: Whip the cream cheese add jam and gelatin+ coarsely crushed nuts and grated chocolate rug(the second part of the grated chocolate to leave for sprinkling the top layer of the cake)
