Description

Eggplant in soy sauce
Delicious salad, easy to prepare. Good as an appetizer or a side dish to meat and fish.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    3 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Prick eggplants with a fork so they don't explode in the oven.

Place in oven and bake at 200 deg. to the full soft, approximately 30-40 minutes.

Eggplant is supposed to be wrinkled.

Cool, peel. Cut into cubes. Drain off bitter juice.

Mix all ingredients of sauce.

Pour the eggplant sauce, mix well. Let stand for at least 2 hours.
