Cooking
Combine the cottage cheese, sugar (0.5 cups), vanilla sugar and one egg. Stir gently with a wooden spatula and then beat with a mixer until the sugar is dissolved.
The flour together with the baking powder sift in a separate bowl. Sift and the sugar.
In a separate bowl combine milk, vegetable oil and one egg. Stir until smooth consistency. After the mixer we mix the milk mixture with the cheese mixture.
Gradually begin to add flour mixture.
Blueberries mixed with a small amount of flour and added blueberries to the batter.
Very gently mix the dough with berries.
Preheat the oven to 170 C. Molds for muffins, fill 3/4 of the volume test. Put in oven for 15-20 minutes.
