The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2007 user Анна20 called "Trout with a sauce, baked in champagne," and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Cooking
Our products. The fish I took a whole. Cut off the head and tail, and cooked them soup.
Baking tray lay a paper, hoping to wrap the fish "candy". Courgettes zucchini and onions cut into slices (the recipe sticks). Spread on a baking sheet, the size of the fish (approximately).
Then the fish carefully, put the remaining vegetables. Salt, sprinkle with oregano and rosemary (I have fresh herbs), and pour the champagne.
Wrap up all the parchment in the form of "candy", knotting the edges with kitchen string. Then I wrapped it all in foil so the paper does not "burn". Put in a pre-heated oven at temp. 200°C for 20-25 minutes.
