Cooking
First, I mixed salt, pepper, spices and lemon juice. Each rybinka I smeared this mixture and sent into the fridge for an hour.
I cut the onion half rings, potatoes - rings.
In every fish I put onions and potatoes slathered with mayonnaise (you can mix the mayonnaise with yogurt or sour cream).
Wrapped in foil and let to stand still for half an hour.
I heated the oven to 240*C. the First 10 minutes put on a high heat, then bake at 180*C for 35-45 minutes.
The fish is ready, it is possible to call the family to dinner. Bon appetit!!!
