Jelly with black bread and mustard! Mmmm... No Russian feast is unthinkable without this dish. Specially for the contest "Christmas style" made in cake form.

Form 18 cm covered with foil. The bottom stamp black bread to form a layer without gaps.
On the cake put green onion, boiled protein, chopped into pieces of meat aspic, and top with a chopped boiled carrots
The crust to shift into a form more (remove foil). Edge put slices of pickles. Pour on top of the broth and put the cold to harden. Gently transfer cake on a plate.
The sides and top of cake to spread with mayonnaise. Put the chopped onion and the yolk.
Using a pastry syringe to draw mayonnaise patterns.
I made two cakes, the second was decorated a little differently. Instead of mayonnaise used mustard. For me, the competition is a great impetus for creativity!
