Breast of one chicken cut into cubes about 2 by 6 cm, season with salt and pepper, roll in flour, then in eggs, in breadcrumbs and fry in a large amount of vegetable oil about 10 minutes. To put on the paper to stack excess fat and a bit of our sticks have cooled. On washed lettuce, put some mayonnaise, then chicken fingers, roll rolls and serve immediately to the table. Very nice combination of cold leaf, mayonnaise and warm flesh.
