Sweet cannelloni for dessert
Cannelloni has long been loved by many as climbing. I suggest you try sweet cannelloni! Delicate flavor and a wonderful aroma coming from the oven - what could be better??

Ingredients

  • Ricotta

    250 g

  • Sugar

    125 g

  • Vanilla sugar

  • Cinnamon

    3 tsp

  • Nuts

    3 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Cannelloni

  • Marzipan

    100 g

  • Milk

    300 ml

Cooking

In a bowl put the ricotta, 50 gr. sugar, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, chopped walnuts and 1 egg.

Mix well.

Apple peel, remove core and cut into small squares. To add to the weight

and stir.

Now using a pastry bag to fill the cannelloni mass. Stuffed cannelloni spread in a greased form.

In a bowl pour in the milk, beat 1 egg, add the remaining 75 grams. sugar. Stir and mix well. Add the grated marzipan. Mix well. Pour this cannelloni.

Close the form with foil and send in preheated oven on the 2nd level from the bottom for 45-50 minutes at 190-200 degrees. 15 minutes before the end remove the foil and return to oven.
