step-0
Prepare the necessary products.
step-1
Fry the peppers on the grill or in the oven and put in a plastic bag for a few minutes, then to make it easier to remove the skins.

step-3
Cheese cut into cubes.
step-4
To prepare two separate mixtures. 1 - mix the turmeric and sweet paprika. Turmeric - is not only a spice but it is used as a dye, stains bright yellow. So choose dishes that will not be painted, for example, glass. Enamel white bowl will be a yellow halo. 2 - mix your favorite herbs (2 tablespoons) or sprinkle a seasoning of "Grass Italian cuisine".
step-5
Roll half of the cheese cubes in the herbs and half of the turmeric and the pepper.
step-6
To prepare the dressing. To do this, pound in a mortar pepper, salt, thyme leaves (I have this if they were not, but it did not affect the taste of the salad), add the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. mix well and divide the filling in half. In one part of the filling add the pressed through the garlic press the garlic.
step-7
Tomatoes, pour dressing without garlic, peppers, purified from the skin and cut into long strips and pour the dressing with the garlic.
step-8
In kremanki or wide glasses, put a little bit of peppers, tomatoes and top with a few slices of cheese. Looks very appetizing, and the taste... No words! Bon appetit!
