Squid in a creamy cheese sauce
Tender squid in a thick aromatic sauce.

Ingredients

  • Squid

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    0.333 piece

  • Lemon

    0.333 piece

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 tsp

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Sunflower oil

Squid defrost, if necessary, clean, cut into small cubes. From lemon, squeeze juice, pour them squid, stir and leave him alone.

Meanwhile, peel, cut the onion into half rings and fry it in a small amount of vegetable oil until transparent.

Peel and cut carrots into strips, add to the onions and fry for just a minute. Add the squid, stir and leave until the liquid is evaporated over medium heat without a lid (about 5 minutes).
