Cooking
Cut the chicken breast into thin long strips, slightly repel them. I got 9 pieces of jewelry.
Prepare the marinade: mix mayonnaise with throat-rips. If necessary, add salt. I do not salt for me and Mayo and gorloder quite salty.
If you don't have gorloder, do not worry. Combine mayonnaise with your favorite spices for chicken and the marinade ready. Put in our chops marinade for 30 minutes.
And while our chicken is marinated, we grate the cheese fine grater.
And cook beans. Fry chopped onion in vegetable oil until Golden brown, about 5 minutes.
Add to the onions carrots, grated on a coarse grater and fry for another 5 minutes.
Spread on a pan green beans, not defrosting, and extinguish all almost ready. 3 minutes before end of cooking add spices: Basil, oregano, marjoram, black pepper and salt to taste.
The beans are ready. And chicken during this time has had time to soak up the marinade. PS the Beans I cooked on the side, and for stuffing the breast we will need 1/10 of the total mass.
Get a piece of chicken from the marinade, sprinkle with grated cheese on one side put the filling - kidney beans.
Collapsible roll and strung on a skewer.
The same stuff the rest of the chicken pieces, turn in rolls and strung on skewers, alternately layering them with sliced tomatoes for beauty.
By placing the skewers on a baking sheet, I poured rolls with the leftover marinade. Put the chicken in the oven for 20-25 minutes, then take out, sprinkle with the remnants of grated cheese and put in oven for 2-3 minutes.
