Potato sticks with cheese
These potato sticks suitable for fish or meat. But I love them just with ketchup. It's basically just mashed potatoes with a crispy crust, but they look beautiful, and there is always much tastier.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    10 Tbsp

  • Cheese

  • Dill

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

Cooking

Boil the potatoes in their skins, peel and grind into a puree. I did puree in a blender.

In puree, add eggs and flour, all well and good Premesti salt. Will get a tough dough.

With wet hands take small pieces of dough and spooning it onto a plate with flour, roll it back and forth while pressing it lightly until it "stick"

Here they are out. Fry them in vegetable oil on both sides over high heat.

Before serving, sprinkle sticks with cheese and decorate with dill. Eat them with anything.
