Cucumbers with wasabi and rice vinegar
Spicy, delicious cucumbers in an Asian style. Appetizer is literally in 15-20 minutes. The recipe is from the website "Afisha food". I've looked at them, confused wasabi. But as they say, the stars aligned. The son brought the rolls for lunch, wasabi left. So I decided to take a chance. Try?

Ingredients

  • Cucumber

    600 g

  • Wasabi

    1 tsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

Cooking

Cucumbers wash, dry and cut into thin circles.

Mix cucumbers with 1 teaspoon salt and leave in a colander for 15 minutes. Then rinse the cucumbers in cold water, squeeze with your hands and transfer to a bowl.

For dressing combine sugar, rice vinegar and soy sauce.

Add a dressing of wasabi and mix well.

Prepared cucumbers and pour dressing. Mix well. Bon appetit!
