Few of us are addicted to chocolate... love it and the kids and adults, young and not so young... girls and women, boys and men. No matter how old you are and what gender you are - we are eating chocolate when happy and not so happy moments because it is the most real and delicious hormone of happiness and celebration!!! Ingredients

  • Mascarpone

    180 g

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • White chocolate

    60 g

  • Lemon peel

    0.333 tsp

  • Vanilla

  • Chocolate milk

    60 g

  • Coffee natural

    1 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    0.333 tsp

  • Dark chocolate

    60 g

  • Powdered sugar

    1 tsp

  • Cognac

    1 tsp

  • Candy

Cooking

Chocolate break and put in three tanks, heat cream almost to a boil. Pour the chocolate with an equal amount of cream (33 grams) and leave for 2 minutes.

Stir until homogeneous and smooth mass.

Mascarpone spread out on three containers in equal amounts (60 g). 1st add the zest and vanilla, the 2nd - coffee mixed with cocoa, 3-Yu - cognac and powder.

The 1st capacity add the cooled white chocolate, mix with a whisk. In the 2 nd add milk chocolate, stir with a whisk. In the 3rd add dark chocolate, stir with a whisk.

Three glass place the first 3rd, then 2nd and finish 1st cream. Put in refrigerator and give a good freeze. Decorate with candies, I made them myself. You can sprinkle grated chocolate, decorate with strawberries or raspberries.
