Bread spread with butter, sprinkle finely chopped garlic. Tomato scalded with boiling water, pour cold water, remove skin, cut into slices. Put the slices of bread with butter. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
On top of the tomatoes to distribute the grated cheese or slices of mozzarella. Sprinkle with green onion rings. Grease a baking dish or baking sheet with vegetable oil, put the sandwiches and bake in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes.
Remove the sandwiches from the oven. A few minutes to stand, decorate with greens and you can eat!
