Mackerel with mustard seeds
Fish turns out very tasty, tender, salted, in a can't find! For pickling it is also possible to use herring.

Ingredients

  • Mackerel

    1 kg

  • Water

    1 l

  • Salt

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Bay leaf

    3 piece

  • Allspice

    5 piece

  • Mustard seeds

    1 tsp

Fish wash, remove the head

Put in the container in which we will glaze our fish (I have glass shape you can use a jar)

Prepare the brine: water, salt, sugar, Bay leaf, whole allspice, a little boil and allow to cool

Sprinkle our fish with mustard seeds

Pour the cooled brine

Close with cling film and put into the refrigerator for 2 days
