Banana cupcake
Another recipe for fruitcake with bananas, I think not hurt. Very easy to prepare and delicious.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Vegetable oil

    120 ml

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Raisins

    70 g

  • Banana

    3 piece

  • Pudding

    1 pack

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    0.125 tsp

Cooking

Vegetable oil, milk, eggs and sugar, whisk lightly.

In the sifted flour, add baking powder, soda, salt and pudding powder.

Bananas peel and crush with a fork, leaving small pieces.

To liquid mixture add the mixture of flour and pudding. Stir well until smooth. Add the mashed bananas and raisins.

Form of grease with butter and lightly sprinkle with flour. Pour the batter into the form

and bake at temp. 175-180 deg. 55-60 minutes. Be guided by your oven. Remove from the mold and cool on a wire rack.

Optionally sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar or drizzle with glaze.
