Salmon salad, shrimp and avocado
A pleasant tasting salad, very simple and easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • Shrimp

    300 g

  • Salmon

    300 g

  • Avocado

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Caviar

  • Sour cream

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Avocado peel, remove the seeds, cut the pulp into cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Salmon and bell pepper also cut into cubes.

Shrimp boil in salted water for 5 minutes, cool and clean. I used canned shrimp.

Mix the fish with the shrimp, bell pepper and avocado, season to taste with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil.

Arrange the salad in portioned bowls, add to each serving with a little sour cream and garnish with caviar. Bon appetit!
