Cooking
Prepare the sponge cake. Separate the yolks from the whites.
Mash the yolks with cane sugar.
Flour mixed with baking powder and add to dough.
Whip chilled whites. Add to the mixture the beaten egg whites.
On a baking sheet pour an even layer of dough. Bake in the oven the cake at 200 degrees. (10-15 minutes).
The milk combine with the egg yolk. Heat. Add sugar and boil until thick. Cooling the mass.
Beat butter with chilled mass.
Add in cream 1 teaspoon of condensed milk with cacao and whip. Cream be divided into 2 parts.
In one part add the curd and whip. And the second part to add the condensed milk with cocoa (1st. L.).
Korzh lubricated cheese-butter cream. Collapsible roll.
Cover the second part of the cream (no cheese), give the appearance of wood. Decorate with mushrooms. To spend plug to get the imitation bark. All! Dessert is ready!
