Cooking
All that we need.
Put in the teapot black tea, cinnamon stick and lemon zest.
Fill with boiling water (400 ml) and allowed to infuse for 10-15 minutes.
Filter a Cup of tea. Pour the tea in two convenient bowls. One half of hot tea, add sugar and let it dissolve.
The second half of the tea allowed to cool. Add gelatin, stir and leave to swell. Then dissolve in a water bath.
Meanwhile, separate the yolks from the whites (the whites will not be needed). Mix the egg yolks with a whisk with cream, added a little vanilla sugar.
In the yolk-cream mixture in a thin stream pour hot tea with sugar (if it has time to cool down, pre-heated). Put in a water bath, bring the yolk-creamy-cha you the mixture until thick (do not boil!).
When the mixture thickens, remove from the water bath and gradually add the tea with the swollen gelatin. Mix well.
Pour soufflé in the molds and put to cool in the fridge.
Nice color of the tea soufflé with cinnamon flavor!
Very delicate taste! Try it! All a pleasant appetite!
