Cheese muffins
Very tasty, easy to prepare muffins will be a great addition to soups, salads and succulent meat dishes. Recipe from LJ chatskaa

Ingredients

  • Flour

    275 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 Tbsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Vegetable oil

    6 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sauce

    2 Tbsp

In a large bowl mix the flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cheese(125 gr).

In a separate container, whisk mustard, vegetable oil, sour cream, egg and Worcestershire sauce.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, the muffin lay the paper molds. Pour the wet mixture into the dry and mix, not achieving uniformity. Fill the molds with dough and send it in to bake for 20 minutes.

Remove from oven, sprinkle with remaining cheese and sprinkle with Worcester sauce, send in the oven the minute for 5 minutes. To get and to bring to the table. Bon appetit!!!
