Eggs with cheese in Lithuanian
Want to surprise your guests, prepare original and tasty snack with a surprise inside. This appetizer is quick to prepare and very nice it will look on a festive table.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    120 g

  • Herring

    100 g

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    0.5 cup

  • Cherry tomatoes

    250 g

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Cracker

    20 piece

  • Parsley

    1 coup

1. Grate cheese on a medium grater, and leave it to dry on the table.

3... put in a bowl and mix with cream cheese and cold butter. The oil is pre-grate or finely chop.

4. Chop herring mass in a blender. If the mass is too thick, add sour cream, if too liquid - add a little grated cheese. The mixture should be as thick as for pancakes.
