Very simple and very delicious salad. It is both lightweight, at the expense of greens and vegetables, and at the same time rich, at the expense of cheese, eggs and meat. And the meat you can take any, I had the remains of a kebab, a couple of pieces, you can add pork or ham, or just boiled meat out of the fridge. Dressing based on soy sauce, only accentuates the taste. Help yourself!

Cooking
Prepare the products. Eggs, peel and cut into wedges, cheese and meat cut pieces or slices, as you like. Chop green onions and radishes cut too. Lettuce and spinach wash and dry with paper towel.
Prepare the dressing. Soy sauce will mix with oil, add mustard and black pepper. A bit of lemon juice.
On the plate portion I've had 2 for two people, put lettuce and spinach.
Then meat, cheese, eggs, radishes and onions.
Pour dressing on top and serve! Bon appetit!
