I made yogurt from pasteurized milk is 3.6% fat with the help of starter for making yogurt from Arsic. To do this, I heated the milk to room temperature, poured into a clean container, added 1 sachet of leaven. For three minutes, stirred the milk.
Then poured the mixture into clean sterile ceramic jars, covered them with parchment, parchment secured with a rubber band and put the jars in the slow cooker mode yogurt for 10 hours. In the morning after I moved the jars of yogurt in the fridge.
A few hours gorgeous thick white yogurt was ready!!!
For the salad, prepare all ingredients. I was making salad for myself and younger daughter, as the house was only two of us and the salad need to be eaten fresh. Products:
To pick leaves of Romaine lettuce with your hands and place them on a dish.
A very thin half-rings, slice white onions.
