Beet salad with horseradish
A delicious, tangy salad with a slight kick perfect for everyday table. It is in the post.

Ingredients

  • Beets

    4 piece

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Horseradish

    2 tsp

  • Sunflower oil

    3 tsp

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Garlic powder

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Turmeric

    0.25 tsp

Cooking

The beets and potatoes to boil or bake in the oven until cooked. Beets peel and cut into small cubes.

Cut the potatoes into small cubes, too.

Peel the onion and cut into half rings.

In a pan heat 1 tsp oil, add the onion and spices (salt, pepper, and turmeric). Fry the onions until Golden brown, allow to cool.

To make the dressing. Mix sunflower oil, vinegar, horseradish, garlic powder, salt and pepper, mix thoroughly.

Pour the vegetables and stir.
