Beef in sweet and sour sauce
Soft beef in a very tasty sauce.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    500 g

  • Butter

    3 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    3 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Roots

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Flour

Meat cut into small pieces.

Sprinkle with salt, pepper, breaded in flour and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.
