  • Potatoes

    200 g

  • Broccoli

    200 g

  • Cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Pine nuts

    1 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    1 Tbsp

Peel the potato and cut it in large cubes. Broccoli cut off the leg and dismantle the forks of the inflorescence.

In a pot of salted water boil the potatoes. Once the boil, count 5 minutes and throw the broccoli. Cook all together until tender (about 15 minutes).

Mash the cooked vegetables into a puree and add the warmed cream. The fat content of cream eliminates the need to add butter. Salt, pepper to taste.

Before serving, sprinkle the top with pine nuts and grated cheese. Welcome to the table!
