Cooking
In a saucepan put the butter, sugar, water, salt, put on fire, bring to a boil.
Sift the flour with the vanilla and infuse the dough, which lags behind the sides of the pan. Remove from the heat. Hot dough whisk to cool, then add the eggs one by one.
The dough is placed in a cooking bag. Squeeze 4 large or 8 small balls.
For the cream mix the yogurt with the jam and zest.
Cream vzbit in thick foam and to unite with buttermilk mixture.
Allow to cool cake, then cut into the cap.
Cream with a cooking bag or spoon to put under the lid and put in refrigerator. When serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar and/or drizzle a jam made of rose petals.
