Description
Crumble is a popular English treat. If it to replace butter in vegetable, it will be great dessert for fasting. Besides being delicious, it is also very useful. Serve it for Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and afternoon tea.

Cooking
To prepare crumble take the Demerara brown sugar from "Mistral" and the traditional "Hercules" from "Mistral".
Apples and pears wash, remove seeds (from the skin is not cleaned), cut into slices. Take molds for baking on the bottom, pour water (to just cover), put the chopped apples and pears, pour the lemon juice, sprinkle with cinnamon and Demerara brown sugar from "Mistral" (1 tbsp.)
Molds cover with foil and put in heated to 200 degrees oven for 20 minutes.
While the fruit languishing in the oven, make a little crumble. Take the flour, almonds, Demerara brown sugar from "Mistral" (2 tbsp.) and the traditional "Hercules" from "Mistral".
Grind, stir into the blender. No need to grind into flour, quite a few turns.
Add the vegetable oil and stir.
Get the ramekins out of the oven, remove the foil and put on top of fruit oil "crumb". Put again in the oven at 200 degrees for another 20 minutes.
Ready crumble is delicious, both hot and cold. Bon appetit!
