Choose good beautiful orange and take off with a zest. Juice squeeze.
In a saucepan mix orange juice and sugar and heated on a slow fire uvarivaniem a third. It turns a kind of orange caramel. Remove from heat and add zest. Let them cool. Straight honey in the pot, and the aroma spreads throughout the house.
Nuts (I had hazelnuts) grind in a coffee grinder (I in the absence of this device are crushed using a blender).
Cut shavings of chocolate (or just melechim) - it turns out beautifully.
Add to chocolate butter and put in a water bath. When chocolate is melted, add hot cream, orange caramel with zest and stir.
Now slowly start to add ground hazelnuts and knead until a homogeneous mass.
We remove our "dough" for 1.5-2 hours in the fridge and another 10-15 minutes in the freezer. Over time, the pride of truffle ground, scoops up a spoon and form balls (or give any other form), dip them in cocoa powder. Cooled another 15-20 minutes and enjoy!
