Delicious warm appetizer of eggplant. Honey-soy spicy sauce reminds me of summer and warm days, barbecues and picnics.

Cooking
Eggplant wash, peeled, cut into cubes and fry lightly in vegetable oil. Put into a bowl.
Onion peeled and cut into small dice. In the same pan with oil fry the onion.
Add to the onions honey, wine, soy sauce and spices. Put out a couple of minutes.
Then put in the sauce the eggplant and then on low heat for another 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve eggplant in a sauce warm, sprinkle with herbs and sesame seeds.
