Easy gourmet salad, almost a dessert, and obviously female. The combination of chicken and shrimp with plum and sweet orange sauce wins the first time! Looking at the photo you thought carrot top? And that's not guessed!!! Come - I'll tell you what it is :-)

Cooking
For the sauce mix the mayonnaise with the grain mustard, fresh orange juice and soy sauce.
For decoration in a bowl the water with the sugar bring to a boil, put in syrup cut into strips orange zest, boil for about 5-8 minutes, cool. Drain in a sieve to stack juice.
The orange cut with a knife peel and cut segments without partitions.
Begin to collect a salad. Tear the lettuce with your hands, put on the bottom kremanki.
On top put sliced chicken and orange segments, pour the sauce.
Further - cut into strips prunes and shrimp. A few prunes and leave for decoration. Prunes (if hard - soak in hot water for half an hour, then dry). Pour the remaining sauce.
Garnish the whole salad with prunes and caramelized zest (no syrup) and a sprig of parsley.
