Warm salad
I highly recommend to make this salad! It is hearty, tasty, spicy and very balanced... All the ingredients are perfectly combined and complement each other.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    400 g

  • Canned fish

    250 g

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Soak the beans for 6-8 hours. Drain the water and beans to boil to readiness. Drain in a colander. In a pinch you can use canned beans, in this case, beans should be washed.

Potatoes peel and cut into small slices. Throw in boiling salted water, again bring to a boil and cook for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat, cover and wrap in a thick towel. Leave for 10 minutes. During this time, the potatoes will reach readiness. The water is then carefully drained.

Open canned fish (I have canned mackerel). Cut into small pieces.

Peel the onion and cut into thin half-rings.

Tomato cut into small slices.

Mix olive oil, lemon juice, pepper and soy sauce. You can drain a little oil from the jar of preserves.

Mix all ingredients, pour with the dressing.
