"Intrigue" because at first glance not to say that the salad combines delicious components, which are hidden under grated egg. Delicious salad with soy sauce and no dressing.

Cooking
In a pan pour water and put on medium heat. Cut the meat into pieces and pour in boiling water. Add soy sauce, Bay leaf, nutmeg and coriander. Simmer the meat on low heat under a lid until the liquid evaporates. Ready meat is easily pierced with a knife. Meat cool.
Garlic RUB on a small grater and add to the meat.
Boiled beets cut into cubes. Add to bowl with salad.
Potatoes also cut into cubes. Add to total weight.
Onion peel and cut into small pieces. Add to the bowl.
All the ingredients mix and top to RUB on a small grater boiled egg. The salad is ready! Bon appetit!
