Milk custard bread
Girls, as promised, take off your pilot bread. Did this first time and here's what happened...

Ingredients

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Yeast

    20 g

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

A Cup of flour sift into a bowl, add salt. Milk (200 ml), bring to a boil and, stirring, boil the flour with salt in a bowl. Leave to cool slightly.

Dissolve the yeast in a small amount of milk - 50 ml

When the mass (custard) cool, add yeast and remainder of flour. Knead the dough and leave it in the bowl. Give the dough (~50 minutes), then back down. Again.

When the dough is ready again (it will be a little softer), punch down and form loaf. To put it in a greased baking dish. And leave it so little came. When you get up, sprinkle water, you can lubricate the egg and bake for ~40 minutes. (I smeared with egg and sprinkled with sesame seeds)
