Coffee-chocolate ice cream with prunes

Ingredients

  • Prunes

    120 g

  • Rum

    90 ml

  • Brown sugar

    80 g

  • Water

    120 ml

  • Instant coffee

    1 Tbsp

  • Dark chocolate

    150 g

  • Cream

    300 ml

  • Coffee natural

Cooking

For a few hours to soak the prunes in alcohol. In a saucepan combine sugar with water until dissolved.

Add the soaked prunes with rum. Bring to boil and keep on heat for 5 minutes. Remove the prunes.

Add to the syrup, instant coffee, and stir.

Add the chocolate, stir until dissolved. Cool.

Whisk cream to peaks.

To enter the weight into the cream, stir gently, without whisking, add the prunes.

Pour mixture into molds. To clean the freezer at least overnight. Then to get it and decorate as desired.
