Coconut Panna cotta with mango
Tender coconut dessert with mango, prepared quickly and easily. Try it ;)

Ingredients

  • Coconut shavings

  • Mango

    1 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    4 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Agar-agar

    3 g

  • Coconut milk

    400 ml

Cooking

Agar-agar soak in water until it swells. In coconut milk add brown sugar.

Bring mixture to a boil, add the soaked agar-agar, stir and cook for 2-3 minutes, remove from heat. Cool slightly and add lemon juice.

Pour into jelly moulds/cups/hundred Cana completely cooled, then put into the refrigerator.

Mango blend with a blender with the icing sugar and lemon juice.

Put the mango in glasses/cups with Panna cotta.

Sprinkle with coconut flakes.

And serve.
