Description
Eateries rolls-canapes with a Mexican flavor for the holiday buffet table. Made the day before serving. Great for party in the Mexican style. If you can't find corn tortillas, the same rolls can be done with thin pancakes.

1. Soak the beans nightly.
2. Boil the beans until tender and drain the liquid.
3. To separate the white part of the onions and finely chop. Put into blender West with ready beans, chopped garlic, Tabasco and lime juice.
4. Grind until a homogeneous mass. Add salt and pepper to taste.
5. Chop remaining green onions. Put in a clean bowl of a blender along with cheese, Chile, cilantro and olive oil and grind until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
6. Heat a dry pan on medium heat. Warm one tortilla for 15 seconds on each side. Spread the bean cream, leaving an edge of 1 cm, then the cheese mass.
7. Tightly roll and wrap in plastic wrap, the edges of the film to twist in the manner of a flapper. Put into the refrigerator overnight.
