Rolls with chickpeas
An unusual and tasty snack for the fasting and vegetarians. These rolls make the traditional recipe, with the difference that instead of the rice used here is the mashed chickpeas. Consume fish can vary this dish by adding.

Ingredients

  • Chickpeas

    80 g

  • Avocado

    1 piece

  • Nori

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Caviar

    1 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    1 tsp

Cooking

Chickpeas soak overnight in water. I took the Chickpeas TM Mistral.

Boil until tender, drain the broth is not drained.

Blend chickpeas in a blender by adding broth from the chickpeas. Salt.

Avocado cut into strips.

Nori cut in half. Spread of mashed chickpeas on the nori, on top of the avocado slices and roll roll. If You consume fish, you can put it in the filling together in avocado. Each roll cut with a sharp knife into 6 parts. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
