Description
Very interesting to taste the sauce - moderately spicy, sweet and sour with a pleasant spicy note. Great for almost all dishes. And the name is what my uncle, who does not recognize the sauces actually, this uses with pleasure! Try it!)

Cooking
Prepare the products.
The plum remove the bones.
A pot put on the fire. It put the plums and sugar. (If plums are too sour, the sugar should be increased to your taste). Add water. Bring to the boil and cook for 5 minutes.
In a heated pan pour vegetable oil. Spread the chopped onion. Fry for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add to the onions sliced tomato. Stir. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
Add vegetables to the sauce "wok for frying" TM "Kikkoman". Stir. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
Plum weight has become almost a puree.
In pan to the plum puree, add the fried vegetables and salt.
Cook all together for 5 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat. Buriram mass in a blender.
Return the pan to the fire. Bring to the boil and remove from heat. Cool. ( To make the weight faster cold, pan with the sauce I put in a big bowl with cold water.)
Chop the dill and grind the garlic.
Add the garlic, dill and Tabasco into the cooled sauce.
The sauce to the kebab. (Today I applied the sauce to the potato-meat balls.)
