Appetizer of rice with beetroot and prawns
Very spicy appetizer. Easy, delicious, perfect for those who are watching a figure.

Ingredients

  • Wild rice

    2 Tbsp

  • Beets

    0.5 piece

  • Shrimp

    150 g

  • Orange juice

    50 g

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

    1 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 tsp

  • Green onions

    1 piece

Cooking

Put on to cook rice. I used wild rice "Aquatica Wild Rice". The rice, pour water in the ratio 1:2, bring to a boil and cook on slow fire for about 50 minutes.

While cooking the rice, cut into small-small cubes of beet (half of a small beet)

Orange squeezing the juice - about 50 gr.

Mix orange juice, lemon, soy sauce and olive oil. A taste may need to be adjusted to suit your preferences.

This sauce pickle beet, while cooking the rice.

Clean prawns, leave a few pieces for decoration, the rest cut into cubes.

Smeshitelem approximately equal proportions of pickled beets, boiled wild rice and shrimp. Pour the marinade, which was our beet.

Finely chop white part of spring onions and sprinkle on top. Shrimp put up on this beauty and decorate as desired. Delicious, easy and satisfying. I really liked this combination. Recommend.
