Green salad
I suggest you make here is a fish salad with green peas and pickled vegetables served with floral spring design!

Ingredients

  • Mackerel

    200 g

  • Peas

    0.5 cup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pickled cucumber

    3 piece

  • Sour cream

    4 tsp

  • Salt

    1 g

  • Greens

    1 g

Cooking

Rinse peas, cover with water 1:2, boil until tender, cool;

Mackerel mash with a fork, lay the rings on a La carte plates;

Onions cut into thin rings or half rings, put on top of the fish;
