Ensaladilla Rusa - "Russian salad" in a literal translation. The history of this salad is unknown to me. I only know that "Russian" it is called because chilled and with the use of mayonnaise, which in Spanish is associated with snow and winter! When I first tried this salad in the Spanish version, indignant! What is it in Russian?! For some time, arguing that Russian salad a completely different taste and is called "Olivier". Prepared "in dispute" particularly suspicious citizens in order to prove it, but eventually "gave up" and used to "not traditional", "Russian" salad. Cooking
Boil the potatoes.
The cooled potatoes and mash them with a fork.
Add 3 tbsp of mayonnaise "Maheev" and stir.
Then add 150 g of Canned tuna (I have 2 jars 80 g), stir.
3 eggs boil "in the cool" and chop finely. Add to the salad.
Shred canned Bulgarian pepper, mix.
Then finely chop the green olives.
Put the pickled carrots, olives and thawed green peas. Mix well. Add salt to taste.
Cool at least 30 minutes and try immediately!
