Salad
Ensaladilla Rusa - "Russian salad" in a literal translation. The history of this salad is unknown to me. I only know that "Russian" it is called because chilled and with the use of mayonnaise, which in Spanish is associated with snow and winter! When I first tried this salad in the Spanish version, indignant! What is it in Russian?! For some time, arguing that Russian salad a completely different taste and is called "Olivier". Prepared "in dispute" particularly suspicious citizens in order to prove it, but eventually "gave up" and used to "not traditional", "Russian" salad. I wonder whether You'll like the Spanish-Russian salad?

  • Salt

Cooking

Boil the potatoes.
